The Challenge.
When Camilla Elphick approached Click Digital Growth, their Shopify site was stuck on an outdated theme that was difficult to update and didn’t reflect the sophistication of the brand. They needed a platform that could support their growth towards £5m+ in sales - and a website that looked as luxurious as the product itself.

Photography is everything for a fashion brand. We ensured large, striking imagery was built into every part of the site, showcasing the product in the best light.
03. Social Proof That Sells
We introduced product reviews across the site to build trust and give customers the confidence to convert - something that was missing on the old store.
04. Wishlist & Drop a Hint
To support the gifting journey, we added a wishlist feature and a bespoke “drop a hint” button making it easy for shoppers to share their dream pair with someone else.
05. Cross-Sells & Style Completes
We strategically integrated cross-selling opportunities, highlighting accessories like belts and bags that complete the look and increase AOV.
06. Community Building
We helped shape and launch “Camilla’s Club” - a brand-driven initiative to reward and engage their most loyal shoppers with early access and exclusives.
