What does Click Digital do?
We design, build, and manage high-performing Shopify ecommerce websites for brands across the UK. Whether you’re launching something new or need to optimise an existing store, we help drive sustainable growth through design, functionality, and strategy.
Do you only work with Shopify?
Yes - Shopify is our sole platform of choice. We’re specialists in Shopify and we don’t build on any other ecommerce platforms.
Do you only build ecommerce websites?
Yes - we only work with ecommerce brands. Our entire focus is helping online retailers sell more through well-built, high-converting websites.
Are you a big agency?
No - we’re a small, focused team that works closely with a select number of clients. You’ll always get quick input and honest communication.
Do you have an office I can visit?
We work remotely and don’t operate a public-facing office. Most of our clients work with us remotely, though we're based in South Wales.

Can I hire you to just do SEO or marketing?
No - we don’t offer standalone SEO, PPC or digital marketing services. Everything we do is centred around building and improving your Shopify website.
Do you offer one-off website projects?
Yes - we build websites as one-off projects for businesses who want a solid foundation before scaling up.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Absolutely. We offer growth retainers for long-term clients, helping to continually optimise and grow your store with a clear focus on improving sales and performance.
Do you work with startups or small businesses?
We’re not the best fit for early-stage startups. Our ideal clients are businesses that already have an audience, a reputation, or physical presence, and now need their ecommerce offering to reflect that standard and scale effectively.
Pricing & Quotes
How is your pricing structured?
Our pricing is based on your website’s turnover over the last 12 months. For one-off website projects, we apply a percentage to that figure to give you a project cost. For retainers, the monthly fee is calculated the same way. The higher your turnover, the lower the percentage.
Do your prices change as a business grows?
Yes - retainer prices can go up or down based on your annual ecommerce turnover. We review this every 12 months to ensure the fee remains fair and scalable.
Can you send me a price list?
Yes we can show you a breakdown of the price list which shows the turnover thresholds and percentages we charge.
