Client Overview: Stitch Golf
Stitch Golf is known globally for its premium golf bags, high-end apparel, and refined on-course accessories. The US brand has a growing following, bolstered by PGA pro Bryson DeChambeau wearing its gear in recent seasons. Stitch UK operates independently and approached Click to rebuild their online store, turning a templated US clone into a premium, conversion-focused Shopify site designed specifically for the UK market.
The Challenge.
The existing UK site lacked structure, style, and flexibility. Built as a basic version of the US site, it didn’t cater to British shoppers and failed to communicate the brand’s premium positioning. Stitch UK needed a clean, modern site that celebrated the product catalogue, supported merchandising, and helped them build their customer base from the ground up.
What We Did.
01. Theme Selection & Navigation
We chose a theme that let us create an image-led dropdown mega menu, allowing shoppers to instantly browse key categories with visual cues and dive straight into relevant product pages.
02. Brand Positioning & USPs
We redesigned the layout to spotlight Stitch’s accolades such as “#1 Golf Bag” as rated by Golf Monthly and Golf Digest, building instant trust and authority.
03. Reviews for Social Proof
Added Loox for customer reviews, enabling image-based testimonials that show Stitch bags and apparel in the real world - essential for high-ticket, style-focused items to encourage sales.
04. Collection & Product Pages
Tailored collection layouts to show differences, key specs, and unique selling points. Product templates were custom built to include spec sheets, lifestyle imagery, features, videos, FAQs, and more.
05. Premium UX & Features
Integrated delivery date selectors, upsells, cross-sells, and a personalisation feature for bag monogramming - reinforcing the site’s luxury positioning, and giving potential customers added options.
06. Klaviyo Setup & Email Strategy
Connected Klaviyo and built branded flows to engage Stitch UK’s growing subscriber list - a key part of building returning customers and future campaign activity.






The Results.
The new Shopify site now reflects the premium feel of the Stitch brand, with a sharp layout, smoother UX, and stronger merchandising. Since launch, Stitch US has provided positive feedback, and early signs show an uplift in conversion rate and customer engagement.
What's Next?
The UK business is still in its early stages, but we’re actively supporting Stitch to grow sustainably. With Klaviyo in place and performance tracking ongoing, we’ll continue testing and refining the customer journey while gradually expanding the UK product catalogue to match demand and offer more from the full Stitch range.
